Website privacy

Use the website for initial enquiries, not sensitive referrals.

The public enquiry form is deliberately designed to collect only enough information for LRL to respond and decide the appropriate next step. Sensitive pupil information should be exchanged through an agreed secure referral route.

Website privacy notice

What the website stores

When the online form is submitted successfully, a notification containing the enquiry details is sent to admin@lrleducation.co.uk so that the enquiry can be reviewed promptly. Where the secure Supabase connection is available, the website also stores a copy of the enquiry for administration and follow-up. The public website has no direct anonymous read access to that enquiry table.

What not to submit

Do not use the general website form for a pupil’s full name, health information, safeguarding disclosures, detailed EHCP information or other special-category data. Ask LRL for the secure referral route.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not require advertising cookies and does not include third-party analytics by default. If analytics or marketing tools are introduced, LRL will review the privacy and consent position before they are enabled.

Your rights and questions

For questions about personal information held by LRL, contact info@lrleducation.co.uk. This website notice should be read alongside LRL’s current Data Protection Policy and the privacy information provided for specific services.

SEND & attendance
Support for young people whose additional needs and attendance difficulties are closely connected.

Many of the young people we support have SEND alongside EBSA, persistent absence or severe absence. We consider both: what is making education difficult to access, and what will help the young person take part and keep taking part.
